Innovations in Transportation for Doha's Future

 The Doha Metro, a state-of-the-art rapid transit system, has been a cornerstone of Qatar’s transportation policy. With its three operational lines (Red, Green, and Gold) connecting vital regions of Doha and spanning 76 kilometers, the metro has greatly reduced traffic and offered a dependable substitute for driving a car. Plans call for adding more lines to the network, covering more ground, and improving connectivity with other forms of transportation.

2. Light Rail Transit (LRT) in Lusail The Lusail LRT system is another ambitious project aimed at serving the newly constructed city of Lusail, north of Doha. With 19 stations spread over 38 kilometers, this network will provide seamless connectivity both within the city and to the larger Doha Metro network about Intelligent Transportation Systems in Doha
